Sizing & Fitting Guidelines

The Seattle Splint is available in four adult and three pediatric sizes to accommodate a wide range of patient demographics. Use the reference chart to determine size.

When a patient’s measurements fall between two sizes, clinical judgment should prioritize anatomical support and mobility safety.

Ensure the following clinical parameters are met.

Fitting Checklist

  • Knee Clearance: Allow for a hand’s width of space between the back of the knee and the top of the splint.
  • Toe Protection: The toes should not extend over the splint.
  • Range of Motion: The splint must allow full knee flexion.
